How to export your data from Mantle before it shuts down

Mantle is winding down, and once the dashboard is gone you can no longer export from it. This guide shows what to export now, and what Lunvo rebuilds for you automatically from the Shopify Partner API. Lunvo's Mantle import is not live yet, it ships with V1 shortly, so export your data now and it will be ready to bring in.

Export your data from the Mantle dashboard while it is still live, before services end on August 14, 2026 (September 30, 2026 for accounts on Mantle Billing). Revenue, MRR and merchant data are rebuilt directly from the Shopify Partner API, so most of your numbers come back on their own.

    Export while the Mantle dashboard is still live

    Do this now, not on the deadline. Mantle services end on August 14, 2026 for most accounts, and September 30, 2026 for accounts on Mantle Billing. After that the dashboard, APIs and data are removed, so anything you have not exported is lost.

    Save your merchants, affiliates and history

    Export the records Mantle holds that are not in the Shopify Partner API: your merchant notes and segments, your affiliates and their links, and your historical events. Keep the files somewhere safe before you cancel anything.

    Import your export into Lunvo

    Lunvo's Mantle import is not in production yet, it ships with V1, rolling out shortly. When it lands, the import brings your merchants, affiliates and history over and keeps affiliate attribution intact. Export now so your files are ready.

    Let Lunvo resync the rest from the Partner API

    You do not need to export revenue by hand. Lunvo reads the Shopify Partner API directly, so revenue, MRR, installs and uninstalls are rebuilt automatically once your Partner account is connected.

Is the Mantle import available yet?

Not yet. It is rolling out shortly with Lunvo V1. Export your Mantle data now, while the dashboard is live, so it is ready to import the moment the feature lands.

When does the Mantle export stop working?

When Mantle shuts down. Services end on August 14, 2026 for most accounts, and September 30, 2026 for accounts on Mantle Billing. Once the dashboard is removed, export is no longer possible, so do it well before the deadline.

What data should I export from Mantle?

Export what the Shopify Partner API does not hold: your merchant notes and segments, your affiliates and their links, and your historical events. Revenue and install data are refetched by Lunvo from the Partner API, so those are not critical to export.

Does Lunvo need my export files, or does it refetch from the Partner API?

Both. Lunvo rebuilds revenue, MRR, installs and merchants from the Partner API on its own. Your export files cover the extras Mantle stored, such as affiliates and notes, which the Mantle import brings in once it ships.

Do my history and affiliate attribution carry over?

Yes. The Mantle import keeps your merchants, affiliates and history, and is built so affiliate attribution carries over and the links your partners already share keep working. It ships shortly with V1.
