Getting started

Find your Shopify Partner org ID and API token

Lunvo needs two things to read your data: your Partner organization ID and a Partner API token. Both live in your Shopify Partner dashboard and take a minute to get.

In short

Your Shopify Partner organization ID is the number in your Partner dashboard URL, partners.shopify.com/<org-id>. To create the Partner API token, open Settings, then Partner API clients, create a client, and copy its access token. Paste both into Lunvo onboarding step 1 to start pulling revenue data.

    Read your org ID from the dashboard URL

    Log in at partners.shopify.com. Your organization ID is the number right after the domain in the address bar, in the form partners.shopify.com/1234567. That number is your org ID.

    Open Settings, then Partner API clients

    In the Partner dashboard, go to Settings, then open Partner API clients. This is where Shopify lets you create programmatic access to your Partner data.

    Create a client and copy the access token

    Create a new Partner API client, give Lunvo read access to your apps and earnings, and copy the access token it generates. Treat this token like a password and do not share it publicly.

    Paste both into Lunvo

    Back in Lunvo onboarding step 1, paste your org ID and your Partner API token, then connect. Lunvo starts pulling your revenue and merchant data right away.

FAQ

Where do I find my Partner org ID?

In your Partner dashboard URL. After you log in at partners.shopify.com, the number right after the domain, like partners.shopify.com/1234567, is your organization ID.

What permissions does the Partner API token need?

Read access to your apps and earnings is enough for Lunvo to sync revenue, installs and merchant data. You do not need to grant write access.

Is it safe to give Lunvo my Partner API token?

Yes. The token is read access to your own Partner data, you create it yourself, and you can revoke it at any time from Partner API clients. Keep it private, like any credential.

Can I revoke the token later?

Yes. Go to Settings, then Partner API clients, and delete or rotate the client at any time. Doing so simply stops Lunvo from reading new data until you reconnect.
